Artwork 62: UI/UX design revamp for application form

App: Figma, Zeplin, Miro

Problem statement: Previous component in application form, is no longer relevant due to the increasing size of options.


In previous design, we are using button so user can choose which product they want to apply for. However, due to increasing option in the Product Type, the component in the screen is no longer suitable.


The requirement receive from Product Owner, is to help them purpose a solution for the problem statement. 


A long list is the best options, but to make it easy to use i have added a search bar. To refine the product, user can choose Type of Product that is relevant to them first and the listing available based on the option the selected.



 

Due to policy, I am not able to share more on the process and user flow.

Artwork 61 : Revamp UI/UX for Review and Submit screen

 App: Figma, Miro

Problem statement: To show transparency and allow users to track their submission progress status.

In previous design version, users are unable to see where their application progress status. They are only able to see the end results, whether the application is a success or error.


After understanding the users' pain point. The requirement designer receive from product owner is to show transparency on the progress status. So here, we have decided to add in 4 critical points happening to the submission.


This is the biggest revamp happened in the squad. While it looks simple, however the are more than 10 scenarios that we can to take into consideration while designing and developing.


Due to policy, I was not able to share more on the process and user flow.


During the feedback interview with users', they are happy and satisfied, they can track their application statuses and what is the next step. If error occurs, the system will then informed the user what are the actions needed to be done. Having this revamp also benefits the system support people as they are now receive less amount of application statuses to check, if user request.



New Design



Artwork 60 : Backdrop for Event

Software: Photoshop, Illustrator

Carefully design the backdrop in terms of logo sizing, colours, typography, logo placement to ensure branding name for the event is captured in every photos whilst the speaker standing or in sitting position.






Artwork 59 : Website Page for Book Launching Event

 Platform: Wordpress


Created a landing page for readers to download softcopy of the book or read each articles by the contributors. 

Works closely with another designer for the book report cover. Initially, I was the one who develop and design the whole book however during the process, I was caught up with this pre-event related marketing materials. Feel free to download the report here. Glad that this event was a success.
